I dunno if anyone cares, but there is an Iron Monger figure variant. His eyes and accents (including the transparent chest piece) are blue instead of red.

There are Iron Man collectors and there are crazy completist action figure collectors, the latter I'm guessing will care.

Thats not a variant, it's a different figure all together.

It must be a running change. All the images we've seen of Iron Monger from the film have had blue eyes. I'm thinking the blue version is the newest and the red will be discontinued now. This also makes sense, as the newer removable helmet version has the more screen accurate blue accents as well.

I dunno, I could tell by the date stamps on the figure which was released first, but I forgot how to read them...

So I was getting gas at 7-11 today when I decided to step in and see if they had anymore cool Iron Man items when I came across....Iron Man cookies! I'll have to take a pic sometime soon and upload it. But yeah, they have Iron Man cookies at 7-11 by the donuts.

Nope. That's the regular version. Someone from another site helped me with the date stamps on the back and it appears this blue version was made 13 days prior to my red one. I was kinda surprised at that. I figured it would be the other way around. I'll guess we'll have to wait and see what version shows up en mass during the next few months.

Here's the stamps for the two. If anyone else has there's still in package, post yours up. Maybe we can get a better clue to what the deal is.
