If Tony changed the look of the armor because the grey one didn't do to well with public perception(it tested a bit menacing and scary) then why would he want a voice that would be the audible equivalent?

No, he's not saying that at all, but the voice at the end of the teaser as a voice wouldn't work. He wouldn't even sound like a human being.

No, I just don't think the "I AM IRON MAN" type voice is good to use. Like they said before, the cartoon did a decent job of the voice. Go in that direction.

That was Ozzy at the end from the song, the only way I like thay voice is if it is some crap voice change he makes for the Mach I.

I figured it was part of the original song, and never thought it was Iron Man's voice.

I could see a voice akin to the "I am Iron Man" voice in the trailer for the first armor, but more refined and electronic when he gets to the Mark III armor.
