IF you have it or know someone who does,do you think it's worth getting??I try to get a bunch of new games But there's just so many out or coming soon rightnow and I don't rent games since there's no place around near by and so for some games I feel there good But not worth $60 or just more like rentals while some games I have to skip cause I ran out of money!

I think it's like $25 with tax per month for two games and so obviously I'll save money But how's the delivery time for the games and are the discs always in good shape??,Is it hard to find games available?

What's your pros&cons about the service??

I used Gamefly for like 3 months, I thought it all worked well. I got games in a timely fashion and disc quality was never an issue. I even managed to get Ghostbusters the week it came out, which was pretty lucky.

I mainly stopped because I went back to work and didn't have time to finish games quickly enough to make paying monthly worth it. At some point I want to start it up again to play games like Alan Wake, which just don't seem worth a purchase but I really want to check out.

Overall, thumbs up from me.

cool, thanx for the feedback and I appreciate it!

I've got a couple friends who use it and really like it. I never have myself because I usually don't play games in a timely enough fashion to make it worth it. Also for many games I wait until they drop in price before buying them.

I love Gamefly. It really helps when/if you have multiple systems. Keeps your wallet happy. This year has sooo many great games that it just makes sense to use it so you don't miss out.

Well I guess I'll give the first negative feedback for Gamefly. Hated it. I never got the games I wanted because everything I wanted to play was a "long wait." And on three occasions I had games come in damaged. Got rid of it after two months.

I have several friends that use and love it. I'm tempted now myself due to the lower price.

Well thanx again for the feedback,I sure appreciate it and good or bad experience.....I don't think it does any harm to try it out for a least two or three months!

I didn't mind the gamefly, its a pretty good price but they only have like 4 or 5 shipping locations and none of them were even close to me so it took close to 2 weeks for sending and receiving games but besides that its a good deal.

Here in Dallas the wait time is about two days if you don't already have a game out, because the shipping center is in Austin. When you send a game back it takes longer. Example: Send back on Monday, they receive it on Tuesday, new game is either sent Tuesday or on Wednesday, and then the game gets here on Thursday or Friday.

There's a center in Austin?,I'm in Laredo and so I guess I would be getting it within a day or two too!?,IF I get the service it'll be on the 29th or the 2nd But so IF I were to get it on the 29th in which it'll be a Friday.....Would they send my first games on Monday??

BTW I'm curious, since your in Dallas and I assume your also into Superheroes&stuff since your on this site.....Will you be going to the Texas Comic Con in San Antonio in June??

I used to have it too. I liked it quite a bit. Games came in timely, and if you had any problems, they usually were taken care of pretty quick. Like for one, I sent a game back, but it kept saying that I still had it out, so I reported that it must have been lost in the mail, and they took care of it right away and sent me another on my que. The only negatives I can think of is that some games may be hard to get based on availability, and it can be costly to have if you don't have as much time to devote to playing them and being able to justify the expense if you don't go through that many games in a month, which is the reason I had to drop it. Another positive though is that you can also get some of the games cheap with their "keep" option. I bought Bayonetta from them, and with their discount plus a 5 dollar loyalty gift certificate, I was about to get it for only about 11 bucks. At that time is saved me about 25 dollars had I bought it in the store.

I've heard more good than bad. I've never used it, but turnover time sucks unless you live near a distributor. I also heard that they're good with getting you games quickly when you first sign up, but they get worse later on. I also hear a lot of complaints with quantity, new games have long queues and older games have limited supply.

For me, a subscription is too much money.

so they give $20 off when you buy games as used,Plus $5 more with a gift certificate!?!?!?

If they have the game in stock, then it will most likely ship on Friday or Saturday. You should probably get it on Tuesday.

Not going to make it to the one in SA. Maybe the next one here in Dallas.

There is a tier system. I am at Level 3.

Here is an example. Mass Effect 2 is $42.99 used right now. For me I get 10% ($4.30) and my $5.00 coupon. With Tax it equals $36.47 with free shipping. The cool thing is that everything that came with the game when it was new I get. In Mass Effect 2, that includes the Cerberus Network. With EA and other games that have online passes, you get those as well instead of having to buy them. So it's like getting a new game at a used price.

Well, like Kal said, depending on how long you're with it, you get a percentage off, plus it depends on how much they sell the used game for. Bayonetta was already pretty cheap comparatively, but with the discount and the certificate, it all worked out nicely compared to going to get it from Gamestop or somewhere like it.

That's pretty awesome!,my wife will love knowing about this and might get pissed at me for not doing this long ago lol,"KALEL114",you said I should probably get it Tuesday and so why is that?,and GameFly ships& receives games on Saturdays too??

Gamefly is pretty ******. It sucks of all of your free time and you lose friends and gain weight and become and achievement ****e and play games you have no business ever touching, CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS, UP, etc. All in order just to get more achievements...

....gamefly is awesome.

Um ok then lol, does online codes only come with used games you buy??cause I'm guessing games like DC Universe you can only get it by buying it!

It really depends on how much you play. It took me 2 months of on and off playing to get through Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. So for someone like me, it's almost worth just buying the game.

Yeah, I'm finding that I don't play the games often enough/beat them fast enough to justify the cost. Might end my subscription soon.
