Comics Is Spidey getting the symbiote back?

I havnt been readin Amazing because of its lack of a great story (The Other and The Unmasking) But I've read the after Civil War is over Pete is getting the black costume back.

Now, is the symbiote going to leave Gargan(Who I dont think should have got it in the first place) and make its way back to Peter?

It doesn't mean that he'll get the symbiote version of it first. I don't see why he'd deal with the black cloth kind, knowing his wife's abhorrence of it, but we'll see which way they lean at the beginning of that story arc.

It'll be weird (if/when) the symbiote joins back with him though. To make a move in that direction they'll need to innovate with what new breath they'll add into the "Peter/alien symbiote" conflict and relationship... and I'm wondering what it is they'll come out with. Rehashing the "hurt rejectee," and love/hate bond would be insanely dumb, I'd want some other purpose in mind for the creature for why it's seeking out Parker.

It's been on Earth a few years already, what does it want to do?

well, is there any proof that actually says it will by the symbiote?

I thik it is more likely that they will have him wear the black COSTUME as a visual representation of his mind at that time (although the real reason being that the movie would be coming out soon around that time).

Because... I'm a huge symbiote fan.

I loved the idea of the symbiote. More then I liked Venom.

Also since Gargan will have it in the Thunderbolts around the same time Spidey has it, it seems very unlikely.

It's just that you aren't the first person to speculate that Spidey might be getting the symbiote again, and you probably won't be the last - even though Joe Q has already stated that the costume is more reflective of Peter's state of mind than it is some kind of movie tie-in (although it is that as well).

The writers of Thunderbolts forgot that Spidermans powers were retconned to being magic based. I say yeah. But more than likely Pete won't be wearig the actual symbiote.

What if he DOES get the symbiot tho? Because then Scorpion wouldn't have it anymore, and I bet Pete will try to get rid of the symbiot, coinciding with the return of Eddie Brock. And this would also coincidentally happen right when Spider-Man 3 comes out.

it doesnt matter whether or not its the symbiot he gets, MJ just hates the black suit. after he got rid of the symbiot he wore a black suit that looked the same but made from fabric. when venom scared MJ she made Pete get rid of his cuz it scared her.

Yeah but the writers prolly forgot about it. I remeber the Venom and Carnage story the Black Cat didnt know who Venom or Carnage was. BUT in the "Maximum Carnage" arc she was a key character.

Im fairly certain that it is the symbiote suit. why do i say this? well in the new cover with spidey in a black suit, the one where he is in the air fighting a spider slayer or something, you can see his reflection in the back and it isnt the black suit, its his regular suit. so yeah that makes me think its the symbiote suit.

I would think that the reflection thing is just artists creative license but in the third image we see spide shooting webs from the top of his palms not from his wrists that makes me think its the symbiote suite

Its definently the symbiote. Maybe he kicks the hell outta Gargan and the symbiote realizes Spideys way better than any of his other hoes. Plus, Peter is so crazy with his emotions right now, he'll probably let the symbiote take him no fight. He seems to enjoy it on those covers! And the reflection, I doubt its coincidence. Heh, its funny. The symbiote is like a soap opera. Peter cheated on it so it left to Eddy, then Fortunato, then Gargan. LOL
