Is the Men In Black property still part of the larger Marvel Comics family?

I think most of us are familiar with how the different Studios have various Marvel Comics properties at this point, yes?
Disney bought Marvel and will be overseeing films in the MCU going forward.
Fox has Daredevil, X-Men and Fantastic Four
Sony has Spider-man and Ghost Rider(for now)

Never in these discussions has the old Malibu series Men In Black been discussed that I can ever recall. Here or elsewhere, maybe I missed the threads.

Marvel Comics has absorbed several other small upstart comic companies over time including the Malibu Comics line where Men In Black started.

Not that the MIB would have an obvious place in the MCU my question is does Universal have a different deal in place for MIB? Will it ever default back to Disney/Marvel?

I mean technically even with MIB3 topping Avengers 3 week run it means a Marvel Comics property is still #1 at the box office...correct?!

I'm guessing Sony basically bought or perpetually has the film rights much like the deal with Spider-Man and Ghost Rider and I'm also guessing Fox and FF/Daredevil, etc.

Or maybe I could be wrong there, not sure.
