i read that christians added stuff to josephus' writings later.
Saying that a man named Jesus was cruicified 2000yrs ago, is like saying that a man named Dave died of a heart attack 10 years ago.
Mostly this suspicion is thrown on the "Worker of Wonders" bit.
well it brings into question the whole paragraph. it's intresting to note that alot more was written about john the baptist than jesus aswell.
that blanket..or shroud they found years ago.
of turin. they never let it be studied i don't think.
I believe that was disproven.
damn... I watched National Geographic do an episode on that thing years ago... I believed it.

Achilles, Jesus was written about by Josephus, a first century historian. It's ... not really a contestable issue that he was a real person. Beyond that, believe what you will.
Records of the Roman Empire as evidence.
fake....the ink (I believe) was found to be of European origin.
As for references in other writings...all of these jewish scholars who mention him were dated well after his death
as far as I know,the only evidence is in a book fairy tales.
