Do you think there is intelligent life on other planets?

No, I don't mean little green men, I mean intelligent life:o :csad:

I'm still wondering if there's intelligent life on this planet. :p

Planet Earth is great to visit - It's great to visit
(but you wouldn't want to live there.)

Yes, we have billions of billions of suns with planets so we aren't the only planet with life

It's ignorant to think that were the only life in a space, which is seemingly infinate.

But imagine the consequences of our two planets meeting. Sure, we could do trade, and communicate, but if the Christian theory is correct, God created the universe, and therefore they will have some sort of religion as well. If we can reach them, imagine what they could do to us.

Pepo: Gordoo created the Universe with Jearasjsf and sr30DSoo!

Pope: It's God, and no! He created it with Adam and Eve!

Random Celebrity Guy: No! It was Jeeeeesi!

*war ensues*

Okay......

Anyways, I think there's definitely life on other planets. Intellegent? Well thats up to debate, but theres a good chance theres something out there that can comprehend just as well as humans.

I read somewhere that because scientists assumed all life forms are carbon based, upon sending probes to mars they may have killed the life they were looking for not considering there could be non carbon based forms.

The Earth is a rare freak accident. We are probaly the only form of civilization for trillions of light years.

What about the possibility of non carbon forms such as silicon based, electromagnetic based, and flourine based life forms?

haven't michael jackson, shirley maclaine and liza minelli already proven there's life on other planets?

Relations wouldn't be as good, they wouldn't look anything like us and humans are scared of the strange. Who do you think we'd be less scared of, a humanoid primate like alien or an insectoid bug?

I think the question should more likely be...

"If we do find Intelligent life on other planets... Will we bomb them because theyre evil (and conveniently have lots of natural resources)? "

That`s right. The Universe is possibly bigger than we can imagine,so its foolish to think that we are the only life at all in this Universe.

Probably are others.

But is there a reason why ever since the alien thing, everyone thinks people from other planets would be green and slimey. If anything, they'd look like we do.

I think there is intelligent life somewhere out there, however I dont think we'll ever encounter it. Imagine the technology we would need to travel to distant stars.

If aliens knew humans were close to finding them, they would relocate.
