I remember seeing them when I was 5 (i.e. 13 years ago) or something and being glad my parents didn't make me wear them. I haven't seen any in a while though.

These have definitely been around for 15-20 years. If anything they're out of fashion. Though if people are using them again I guess it's a fad.

ha i've seen those and it's a dangerous thing
I saw this one mom with her kid walking on the street. They came up to a lightpost, the mom went to the right side of the lightpost, the kid went to the left. The kid's mom was walking pretty fast, and thus the kid slung around the lightpost and hit it's head. I was cracking up so hard

How cool they can pretend they are classic Iron man in Roller Boot mode. Are you in Japan? Because I thought they only had this kind of futuristic stuff in Japan.

No, the fad around here is to let all the little kids run around without parental supervision...and then when one of the said kids gets hit by a car...then the parents cry on television and wonder why their kids are dead.

And also the fad of 16 year old kids having automatic weapons, killing each other.

But, no, haven't seen a kid on a leash yet.

this might be giving them enough rope to hang themselves tho. i don't see what is wrong with taking them by the hand myself.

also if it's leashes now i hope it doesn't end up with adults poop scooping for their children.
