Bro I'm immortal.:sly:

Without me there is no assassin's or Assassin's Creed.

*slits Fallen Angel's throat*

My first commission! The guild will be pleased!

Well, sure, but you still have to deal with all those alien orb things that are going to enslave humanity. Wait, what was Assassin's Creed about again? I kinda checked out after I realized my horse was a better assassin than I am.

Old Sean Connery kind of screwed the pooch with that role. He passed on Gandalf from LotR for that craptastic role. Also if memory serves me correctly he hasn't played in a film since

I think he said his last film was the Avengers (the british one, not the billion dollar mega movie superplex one we got now) because he let them use his castle for filming.

I think anyway.

So apparently they are remaking Point Break

Just no Holllywood, no...

Nah this was his last movie wasn't it? Although the Bond producers did try to get him back for Casino Royale in a cameo.

His last movie was LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN....he got into a fist fight with the director, he said it was such a bad time making th movie he decided to retire.

Did he get into a physical altercation or something? I heard he had a lot of disagreement's and argument's with the director and producers.

Well if his numerous appearances on Jeopardy have taught us anything it's that old Sean will do whatever he damn well pleases :o

The story goes that they were having a very heated argument over something....the director pushed him and Sean slugged him, knocking him to the floor for a bit.

Here's the story:

It was in November 2002 when the cast and crew came back to Prague to finish an action sequence on newly rebuilt sets, and whatever was brewing between Connery and Norrington finally came to the attention of the world. They apparently almost came to blows, after a prop elephant gun that didn’t look quite right caused Norrington to shut the set down for the day. An infuriated Connery threatened to have Norrington fired. One unnamed source recalls Norrington reacting by telling Connery, “Come on, I want you to punch me in the face,” whereas Connery recalls him saying, “Do you want to hit me?” to which he responded, “Don’t tempt me.” Connery simply walked off the set.

Skyfall. They wanted him for Albert Finney's role.
It is so obvious after watching the film. As cool as that would have been, I am happy it was Finney in the end. Connery might have been a bit too distracting.

They wanted him originally, but then Sam Mendes decided not to go through with it because they felt Connery would have been too distracting and it would give credence to the BS Codename theory.

Okay then.

He didn't pass LoTR for LXG. He passed on LoTR because the script confused him. When he saw the huge success that he missed out on, he promised to agree to the next movie that had a ridiculous script, and that was LXG.

According to the deal, Connery would have made millions if he signed on to LoTR as well.

That's the ticket, he was just old and stupid and thought making another stupid decision would get him big bucks! Haha
