Damn, CC. :( When it rains, it really pours.

Hope the rest of your day improves.

Today is starting off great. Less than two hours of sleep and my car wouldn't start for work this morning. That wouldn't be too bad if I wasn't Borrowing this car while my car was being worked on.

Hooray

Does it have gas? Cars need gas to run. Also, you can always pop the hood and look at the engine. That's what I usually do and then I take it to a mechanic and they fix it. Works every time.

Looks like someone pissed in DJ's cereal this morning.

I never let my car go under a quarter tank of gas. But thanks for your helpful comments -___-
I never would have thought to do any of those things. All I needed was a jump.

And my car is actually being fixed by a mechanic. He's replacing my brake pads in the back and my front right caliper. That's why I'm borrowing this car.

Thanks again for the great tips :whatever:

Well, I haven't had a car in 8 years so I was going off of my memory. Those are both of the things that I would do haha, I don't know jack about cars except the right pedal makes it go faster, the left pedal makes it stop and the other pedal makes these horrible grinding noises.

You don't even know about the steering wheel?

You must be thinking stick/manual.
Don't step on the third pedal while you drive an automatic, that's the hand break.

...what's a steering wheel? :more:
This question made me think you have Thor's carriage.
Now I envy you.

People who have lived all their lives in large cities tend to forget that the small rural areas don't even begin to have the things that they do. In my town, there are no buses or subways....hell, we only have two taxis (not taxi companies....two taxis from the same company)....if you need to get somewhere, you take a car, bicycle, or walk. When I want to see a movie in the theater I drive 20 miles one way. The same goes for if you want to shop at something other than Wal Mart. Small towns have their drawbacks....but every time I go to the big city and have to endure it's traffic and people, I remember why I like the small town life.

All I know is when I want to go fast I throw it into R for racing mode. My last car broke for some reason though, I don't think the racing gears were installed properly.

Yes. I live in central Kentucky.

To the East there is a subway in Washington D.C. I would have to cross half of Kentucky then West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and then enter Washington D.C.

To the north....there may be a subway in Chicago, Illinois (they have the elevated trains for public transportation, but don't know if hey have subways)....so have to cross half of Kentucky then Ohio, Indiana, then Illinois.

To the south.....I believe Atlanta, Georgia has one....so I would have to cross half of Kentucky then Tennessee then Georgia.

To the west.....the only state I absolutely knows has a subway system that direction is California. So I would have to cross half of Kentucky then Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and then California. If by chance Dallas or Houston Texas has one....then I would have to cross half of Kentucky then Tennessee, Arkansas, then Texas.

The United States is a large country.

Glad you're not on the road anymore.

Drax the Destroyer says - Nothing goes over my head....my reflexes are too quick.

Mmmm Berserk talk. I think the first arc from the manga could make a nice little movie.

CC, I saw you asked about it on the other page. The first arc is essentially a wandering swordsman of ill repute traveling a world where humanity's trapped under the heel of demon lords. The swordsman is on a quest of revenge against these lords. Its a simple setup that really hooks the reader's attention.

On my car, R is reverse.
