I'm not nearly as excited for this one as I was for SM-2 for obvious reasons.

But I am still looking forward to it. I think I'm most anxious to see Sandman and what they're doing with him. The child angle has really intrigued me.

I'm also looking forward to seeing the Stacy's and the symbiote affecting Peter. The only one I don't much care for is Venom.

I am very excited for this movie, though I have always liked Venom I was afraid how it would turn out. To me why I'm so excited about this one more then ever is just the darkness of the film.

All the haters were whining and *****ing about Venom way back when rumors were circling about his appearance. The MAJORITY of the board claimed we'd NEVER get venom because 1. He sucks.(I can't see why) 2. Raimi hates him.(Ha ha ha) Only me and and a few others were excited to see him finally coming to the big screen and We small band of brothers were VICIOUSLY attacked for even slightly claiming that venom would be a great villain for spiderman.

seems things have changed around here. Why? why's everyone humping each other over venom now? What happened to the tyranical Venom haters who roamed the boards looking for every venom fan so they could flame the crap out of them? Where are you haters now?

i think they've either changed their minds or just left. You haters make me laugh. ha ha haha. see? i'm laughing you haters. We're getting Venom and you better like it or else i'll type nasty things about you.

Bwaha. I do remember that time. I, just like you, was posting here, saying how Venom could easily be in the movie, done well, and I was getting my ass flame. I used to not understand the people flaming me, and others like me. I mean, it was SIMPLE to understand venom could be in a movie (yes, ONE movie) and well made.

Now, who was right, and who looks dumb ? Owned. We rock.

I really can't wait to see Spider-Man 3, i'm really pulled in now. I wanna see how Venom, Sandman and Harry all work into the story. I really want to see what lows Spidey will sink to under the influence of the symbiote, and how it affects everyone he loves and cares about. This third installment really looks like it's going to be alot more darker. And most of all, it's another Spider-Man movie for crying out loud. I loved the first Spider-Man movie, I loved the second Spider-Man movie, and now I can't wait for the third Spider-Man movie.

2007 can't arrive fast enough.

I respect the opinions of all those who say that Venom shouldn't be in this movie, but if this is truely the last movie then no Spidey trilogy can be complete without (debatably) the most popular spidey villain of all
