I still think sexual predators should be under the same 3 strikes and you're out rule that drug trafficers have in NY. Although it should be 2 strikes, cos if they are caught after being convicted and released once, then there's no hope for you.

Aye well if it's an immediate life sentence or death sentence you'd have the civil liberties group in an uproar. Besides do you know how many sexual predators are there? I constantly check my national registry and I am floored.

well that is true, but that's why this bill creates a more stringent monitoring process. Tag'em after strike one and watch em so close they feel the g-men breathing down their necks so they don't do it again, or if they do we can possibly intervine before a life is lost...then lock the sicko away for the rest of his days...
