Given the mockumentary set-up of Abbott, I bet they’re going to kick things off with one of the gang saying something that gets censored and completely horrifies the Abbott characters.

Dennis will catch wind of this and tell them to reel it in a bit while they’re at school (and on camera), before switching gears to being more subtly horrifying.

Quinta Brunson Reveals ‘Abbott Elementary’ & ‘Always Sunny’ Crossover Details

Ahead of the 'Abbott Elementary' and 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' crossover, Quinta Brunson shared details about the two-episode event.

“Our episode will air in January. So, it will be an Abbott Elementary episode,” explained Brunson. “But the first episode of Always Sunny — I don’t know when their episode’s gonna air, probably in June. Their episode will be their version of what happened in this storyline.”

I assume Sunny will be back in late spring/early summer going by their shooting schedule for the next season. They just finished filming earlier this month.

The last season premiered in July of 2023, so that's probably when the next season will premiere, too. More or less.
