I've always thought Jamiroquai would make a good Bond theme. They can tackle a 70's spy vibe.

My favorite Bond theme songs are ones that sound like they belong in spy movies (View To A Kill, Goldfinger, Live And Let Die, World Is Not Enough hell yes, All Time High, Nobody Does It Better, Die Another Day, no thanks).

The Craig movies seem to be thinking along the same lines as me, if we ignore QOS, so I hope they don't choose Rihanna just because she's popular.
