This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]482005[/split]
@Hazarddude, that's a good looking manip.
Momoa is obviously not the...obvious choice for Aquaman. But this is a hero who has been dumped on and virtually regarded as a laughing stock in the public eye for a good while now. Badassing it up with Momoa will change this instantly.
This? I didn't make it though, I found it. It is nice!

Must have been incredibly annoying for those who are specifically Aquaman fans. I'm a fan of Aquaman but then I'm also a general fan of most of the main superheroes, and even then it was frustrating seeing him get misrepresented (even if some of the jokes were quite funny). Those who haven't seen what Aquaman is really about beyond the banter will be in for a shock when they see someone like Momoa on the posters.Let's hope so. I have been sick and tired of the abuse the character has gotten over the yearsI really don't think it's deserved. I still blame Superfriends for a lot of the abuse.

Totally awesome! His dark skin may look just right. Seems like many times people look much paler when filmed underwater. So hopefully not so much for our boy. Aaaand... I'd like to hear one "OUTRAGEOUS!!!!" LOLThis? I didn't make it though, I found it. It is nice!

Are they even going to have time for a story with all these characters in the film?

They had time for a story in X-Men: Days of Future Past. There is no such thing as too many characters really, it's about whether the writing and directing and performances come together.Are they even going to have time for a story with all these characters in the film?
The Avengers managed it, though I don't recall individual characters having much depth.
Yes.ummm the X-Men films are full of superheroes being supporting characters.....
