Given the fact "APOCALYPSE" will be set in 1983 and Cyclops and Jean will be in their "early teens"... it fits into the scenario.

It seems like Kinberg confirmed they (Scott, Jean & Ororo) will be in their early teens, meaning they will be 15-16 years old.

Yes they are.The point is can they pass for 16 to 18 year olds.Many who play teenagers are In their 20's.

No. Brianna Bone is 7 yo doesnt mean that the little girl is 7 yo. Kinberg said she was Jean but you know writer can change his idea. In First Class we believed the little girl with white hair and the little boy with sunglasses were Storm and Scott (during Cerebro sequence) but they arent. they were easter eggs

Impossible that this girl with red hair is Jean. Logan came from future to modify events, no date of birth of x-men. In original movies (Origins, X1 X2 X3 and the Wolverine) we learn that Logan got adamantium 15 years ago X1. Scott was a teen. Xavier and Erik came at Jean's home 20 years ago X3. Jean was a child.
