Well, one of Flash's good friends at STAR Labs is Killer Frost.

Good for him. I’ll miss Winn, but he hasn’t really been the same since season 1 and the first but of season 2. It was definitely a thankless role in season 3, except for his starring role in the great episode with his mum and the flying monkeys!
