There's a suspicion filled question about why Bruce's company doesn't deal with military contracts but has invested in exoskeleton and prototype jet technology? Wayne's getting sloppy.

I am so psyched for Eisenberg's Lex, I loved that Ron Troupe interview

Bruce Wayne: Why didn't they put it into production?
Lucius Fox: Bean counters didn't think a soldier's life was worth 300 grand.

Me too.

The mention of ARGUS and Waller gives me hope that Amanda shows up in BVS, or that Lex appears in Suicide Squad (or both!).

Or desperate because of his fears of Superman.

Eisenberg is the wildcard thus far. If he works, I think the movie in and of itself works.

he's the one thing I've been thinking is gonna work the most for sure. Best written character in the movie from the looks of it

He has had some playful one liners where you see he is acting fake with other characters, and they do not know he is dangerous at this point. I see where that can be fun in one way, but also I feel Lex has always worked best as a strong personality upfront manipulative but so intellectually sound that he can't just be "caught" because he always has himself covered with a fall guy if needed.

I liked the interview well enough but that final line is pretty awful. Don't like hipster lex
Lex Luthor: Ron. Guys with manifestos don’t bring bowling shoes to interviews. Do you roll? Come on. Right now. I will destroy you.

They really want to project the idea of the Zuckerberg type corporate persona. That in itself is a fresh idea for Lex. I am intrigued by this notion, but would hope it coincides with corporate Lex to some degree as well that we've really latched onto as modern Superman fans.

its pretty crazy that pretty much every animated appearance of Luthor has been better than any films portrayal

LOL!

I know right!

It's the Doctor Doom scenario all over again. You have one of the greatest villains in comics -- easy to pull off, not complicated at all. Yet they still manage to botch it. I mean come on man........hipster Google, Social Network Lex? Really? you chose that over DCAU Lex....?

That's just all kinds of fail.

I didn't know they were already doing advanced screenings. Tell me, approximately how much screen time does Lois Lane have? Does Cavill's Superman have a personality this time? How important to the story is Alfred?

yeah, what we're READING is great.

what we're actually SEEING , however, is dog ****.

I was at TV Tropes' page for BvS, and they brought up about Eisenberg's Luthor that actually makes the casting make more sense than any of us thought it did:

Meta Casting: While still out of left field, the casting of Jesse Eisenberg as Luthor also had it's own internal logic: Eisenberg's most famous role is Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network, a self-made 20-something billionaire with an arrogant God complex over his own genius. Many of his other roles follow a similar path, just not as diabolical as Luthor is known to the public.

I hope he isn't all zingers and will change to the modern Lex most of us like.

You know i hope it's CADMUS that are responsible for the creation of Doomsday funded by Lexcorp.

hoping lex doesn't get stuck in prison and then become an underground fugitive in future movies. that would blow more than a kenny g saxophone

Not to me and many others it isn't

Another time travaller I see.

I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised/proven wrong, but so far I have yet to be truly convinced that this was the right choice , and I know for a fact that i'm definitely not the only one.

I refuse to be blinded by movie hype. sorry not sorry.
