I kinda thought it might be interesting if he goes to jail, but due to whatever circumstances in the film, the public views him as a martyr and turns on superheroes completely. I'm sure that'd be polarizing as hell though.

Yeah, there'd just be too many complaints about how somber it is. I don't think he'll get caught in this film anyway. I think that bald pic is actually him in a medical gown.

I wonder if Jesse is gonna tone up when he plays Lex in future movies. He doesn't need to be ripped like Henry but I'd like to see him get athletic. He already has a great facial similarity in that promo pic

While it would be cool, I don't mind if he gets toned or not. I do like his cheekbones/jawline though haha Deffs not a baby face!

I am against the power suit, generally, but even I would get a kick out of seeing Jesse, bald, wearing an adaptation of the purple "super villain" suit with the collar. Make it like a personalized tactical gear that Lex wears when he has to go and do something himself.

hahahaha that would be hilarious. After seeing more of both Lex and Joker lately I can't wait for them two to come into contact.

I just don't see this Lex as a "I have to do it myself" type of character, I mean, his plan for Batman to kill Superman doesn't work out so what does he do? Creates the muthaf-ing Doomsday!

That would provide a counterpoint to the annoying and twerpy persona that we have seen for him thus far. Sort of like: Heh, okay, fooled ya. Here I really am.

See I think the whole Lex Iron Man suit doesn't make sense. Lex is a genius, massive manipulator of a character who gets EVERYONE to do his dirty work. He's the frustrating puppet master. He isn't at his core most interesting IMO as a do it yourself type. And especially not as someone of physicality. Why would it matter when facing Superman? And he isn't the skilled combatant Bruce Wayne is either!

Plus, he's throwing gas on the fire of Bruce Wayne, his inverse, a do it yourselfer to go fight Superman with his brains, brawn and armory for him. It would be redundant. That IMO is a more interesting antagonist. Someone I could hate. And ultimately why his more meek physical stature compared to Clark and Bruce makes sense. While also making his intellect more pronounced as he's able to work these two into a frenzy.

That's why I always knew right away why Eisenberg as Lex made sense. He's annoying. He's easy to dislike. A genius but twerpy devil who has it coming and you want to see get his ass kicked. Kind of like the feminine and whiny Loki but with more teeth or resources at his disposal.

Hell, I'd like to see a future film storyline where he becomes president and makes things REALLY difficult for Superman and the JLA.

I'm almost 70% sure Doomsday will immediately backfire on Lex.
