Exactly.Saying just because he said something in the movie, means he is not Superman is faulty because you need to see the context in which he said what he said.He has given us a Superman who is human, who has doubts like a human, who loves like a human, who has moments of weakness like a human, who takes the ferry like a human.and many don't want that. They want a perfect Superman.and that's fine I guess. But don't knock this Superman because he is just a human who wants to do the right things.
No, I'm sorry, but that's just not right. Superman has ALWAYS had emotions in the comics/previous movies... He gets angry, he gets sad etc. This includes the Maggin Superman, O'Neal's, Moore's, Byrne and Jurgens, and Chris Reeve. But he was an overall positive guy who didn't let the negativity rule him, and who doesn't ****ing mope for practically two full movies. Snyder didn't bring humanity to Superman, Superman's always had humanity... Snyder has maybe brought, I dunno... outright depression to him?
I'm not annoyed that Snyder's Superman feels negative feelings... I'm annoyed that it's what he almost exclusively feels.
