but as with Transformers,the fx were the draw of the movie not the cast (who id mostly never heard of before apart from John Voight)...

I know its a bit different as the bots were characters not just fx but the same principal applies as in the characters and their powers are more important than the actors playing them dont you think?

I disagree, I believe the characters of the Transformers were the draw of the movie, how they were done were not really the draw.

Im just not sure this JL movie is gonna have much in the way of characterization anyhow
