imagine if warners has decided that they are missing out on the younger demographic with there more serious Batman franchise...thus they cast a younger Batman in Justice League for a much lighter toned movie...then they decided to use the Joker character (as Heath Ledgers portrayal may be too scary for kids-they decide a more comical Joker is needed)...then we could end up with this maybe........???

........but Warners wouldnt be THAT crazy would they........???

I was kidding man! Geez! Someone has their ovaries on their shoulders today.
This casting thing sux more & more daily. But I have a feeling that Miller will deliver despite casting. I probably will still see it on bootleg. You can't serve poo-poo then cover it with sugar, call it a brownie and then expect me to eat it.

After seeing the Dark Knight Trailer I really think they should just can this project and let Nolan and Singer finish up what they are doing.

After seeing the Dark Knight Trailer I really think they should just can this project and let Nolan and Singer finish up what they are doing.

why does it matter? We are getting the best of both. You still have those two and this interpretation running independant of each other. Its the best of all worlds

That's the thing: GL and Flash are spin offs, more than likely Supes is to. Who's to say Batman isn't? Despite Nolan doing a great job, this is the WB we are talking about.

I am going to keep an open mind about this movie but if this is the cast we are truly getting and plot I am going to be upset that they went with this over a sequel to Superman Returns (even though thats suppose to come out in 2010).

I think that if they (the WB) should have waited till Nolan and Singer were done with their movies then do the more kid friendly Justice League movie. Which is really what this movie is suppose to be because they feel Superman and Batman are to dark and serious to be family movies.

Agreeed I mean after how good TDK looks and hearing the plains Singer want for M.O.S. I do not see why they are putting this movie out first. It has to have a killer script to go before these two movies and run the risk of both directors quiting because of it.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that making JLA before the Routh and the franchises are done is foolish.
