Well he's been tied up with Battlestar Galactica in the past years. Now the series is finally finished, so he's available.

He seems like a cool chill dude based on his posts. I hope he responds to my Supes thread on his board.

I wouldnt even mind him in a solo Superman flick if WB starts over.

He's got a great voice for the character too.

Difference with JL is that they're supposed to have a few years under their belts as solo heroes, right? Batman wasn't a veteran hero at 21, he was rookie.

Since Hammer will be turning 22 during the shoot, he could be in his third year. But again, i don't think that just because Hammer is in his early 20s, the character is suppost to be too. He could easily play a Bruce Wayne that's like in his mid 20s, IF Wayne is even in the movie.

What do you think of Karl Urban as Aquaman?

Even through he certainly does have more of that bad ass look to him, that i think Aquaman should have, than Cabrera does, he dosn't exactly look like Athur to me either. (I think i posted a list with actors who in my opinion look closest to the Justice League heroes, which had Brad Pitt as Aquaman on it t But like i said, if you don't cast a fat, black midget chick as Superman, the look of an actor isn't that important to me, as long as he's able to act the part. And since I don't think i've seen anything with Urban in, at least not that i'd remeber, i don't really know if he'd be a good fit. Anyway, i don't have a problem with Cabrera and i think there's a reason Miller has chosen the people he he's chosen, which i'm open-minded to see. The way i see it, *****ing Millers choices is something i can still do after i've seen the movie and haven't liked them. I mean, it's not like it's gonna change something anyway and if i'll like them, i would've to look back at me, thinking how stupid it was to prejudge...

Yea the BSG guy does have more of a superman look to him and he probably would be good in the role. But in all reality we dont know what is really going on with the film, if it is staying in austrila, if miller will still be directing and what is the story now with the script and if any or all of miller's cast will still be with the film in the end or if there is recasting. So for all we know everyone could be gone and easily replaced or some of them like cotrona and hammer. We dont know for sure at this time. So hopefully when all is said and done we end up with a decent cast, a good story, and a good film that doesnt disapoint us fans and the general public.

Yea hopefully if the rumors are true recasting of roles might be happening and if miller is out and it moves to canada we could see a total recast probably and maybe this time around wb picks more decent actors for the roles. But as we all hate it will be a waiting game to see what wb ends up doing but hopefully this time around they actually come out officially with what is going on and all that.

not a bad choice. that last pic in the top gun uniform says superman.

These all say Batman/Bruce Wayne to me, not Superman/Clark Kent.

While i dont' think he has the look for either one, I do agree that if anything, he looks more like batman than superman.

Helfer's proven she can handle complex women characters and do convincing stunt sequences in BSG.

She's even Canadian. If they move production to Canada they won't need to go far to find her.

Couldn't see her as Poison Ivy. She'd make a great Emma Frost, too.
