JL Casting Call Update

So now that bogus cast list is becoming the true cast list? If this is BS I'd say it a brillant idea to fool people twice with the same list! GRRRR! Now if it's true! Suit em up and bring em on!

And I can see Armie working as Batman! Still! It really depends on who gets the red cape! I don't see a DJ / Armie thing working! Oh well!
 
Please no DJ as Supes!!!! Welling, Routh, Cavill, anyone but DJ!!:cmad: :oldrazz: Anyway, as for Max Lord, I was thinking maybe the villain from Die Hard 4, I don't know his name. What do you all think?

I don't care about big names or not. They are mostly overrated anyway. But I had hoped that they would at least factor age (Hammer), size (Cotrona - I'm also betting he's announced next), and acting ability (Gale) into the equation.
 
Man i really hope armie isnt bats man a 21 yr bats is so stupid. He isnt bats to later 20s i would have been happy if they went in the age range 25-33 for bats. I never seen him act but come on a 21 yr bats. Man i guess that superfriend's script might be happening now cause if that other better script is the script and it shows the league has been together for a few yrs it doesnt make sense for a 21yr old batman.

Hopefully they can make him look older for any non masked scenes. Also due to his height they better have someone as tall as him for supes cause it would be weird to have a huge batman and a small superman. Now megan gale i think she looks good for the part of ww i will wait to judge her to i see some footage of her. But i dont see why they are going with a 31yr ww a 35yr common as gl and then go with a dam 21yr old batman bats should have been closer to ww/gl age.

Now with common and brody if they are gl and wally i am fine with that. I hope superman is good and not that dj guy he doesnt have the right look and is way to short if indeed armie is officially bats. Which i really hope isnt.
 
Gale I can live with, but the Arm & Hammer guy? sigh.... My only hope is that George Miller wanted him, not the W.B.
 
Yea when i first heard rumors of armie guy i was like hell no come on bats was never bats at 21 he was still traveling the world and training and getting detective skills and all that. He isnt bats to atless 28-30yrs old.
 
Its just weird of having a 21 year old Bats, 31 year old WW, and a 35 year old GL.....

whats with the sudden leaks? is the WB ready to say something???
 
At this point (and ive given up ALOT of hope) Im open to Hammer as Bats and the rest of the supposed cast

...however-I am NOT ok with DJ as Superman! Especially when there are 2 actors that are already fully capable and have earned the role to some to degree
 
The Bats and WW casting is not my ideal choices...but I see no reason to fret really yet. I am getting what I wanted. Unknown actors who people can see as the characters, not as the actor in a costume. Yeah, they casted a bit younger than ideal with Batman...but that doesn't mean he was written or played that young. It is REALLY easy to age someone with a little bit of make up. Since he will wear the cowl most of the movie, they would only have to do it occasionally.

Can't say Gale is a good actress or not. She deffinately LOOKS the part, which should make some people happy.

I remind people, these are still only rumors, despite the sources, until the official announcement comes. Hopefully today!
 
Yea i hope to god armie isnt bats. Hopefully the official annoucement is coming soon from Wb.
 
The only one I have a problem with on the *list* so far is armie. The rest are fine by me.
Now bring on Superman, M.M., and Aquaman.
(prays) Please no DJ, please no DJ, pleas.......
 
I think we'll end up with the cast SHH told us about 2 weeks ago. It is sad too because I really want to like this movie and new Superman. Oh well I still can look forward to SV season 8 and the sequel to Superman Returns until the WB says other wise.
 
This whole thing is just a big mess. Armie Hammer as BATMAN?! Come on!

I don't know about the rest of my fellow Hypsters, but for me DJ Cotrona as Superman is damn near blasphemous. He is so unbelievably WRONG for the Man of Steel. It hurts the fan inside me to see this guy as Superman while WB ignores Routh, who is absolutely great in my book.
 
If Brody dropped out like that chick over at IESB alluded to, i wonder what happened and if the new Flash was just a "quick" replacement.
 
if they r casting so young then gale wont be WW cuz she is way too old! it will look ridiculous if flash has a crush on her and she looks older than batman
 
Well what i get is that Flash should be the youngest one , and now even Bat is younger than him..

yea a 6'5 21yr old bats and a 5'9superman will just not look right.
