And Halle won't be playing Catwoman again anytime soon I'm afraid. In my opinion, it's a conflict of interest to play a comic book character for one company in a film and then play a different character in another while the former franchise is still viable.

Afraid? It's a good thing there won't be anymore HalleCat movies. However I for one would welcome a TRUE Catwoman movie, Selina's Big Score would translate beautifully to live action IMO. I don't view making as much money as you can as a conflict of interest.

I agree with about 90-99% of your choices. The only one I really dislike is KC Superman. I have a couple others where I might prefer someone else, but I like what you've done too.

A hack like Uwe Boll can look at this project and say that he does a better job at casting movies.

And all it woudl take is some media outlet like MTV or CNN to put up those images to make the association and the recognition. I disagree, I didn't pay to see the movie JUST because it wasn't Selina. I think the people who actually saw it went for T&A, a lot of comic fans didn't go bc they didn't use Selina.

I am pretty sure that a good number of folks that went to see the film did not necessarily go for T&A (especially most of the females and children in the audiece). Based on other movies similar to it, I seriously doubt that a Selena Kyle based film would have done any better. You had films like "Aeon Flux", "Exectra", and "Supergirl" who were faithful to the comics (placing a white heroine in the role as you are trying to imply) and they all performed worse than "Catwoman" in terms of the number of people who actually went to the box office to see the film. The numbers do not lie here. This genre does not do well at the boxoffice unless you film it on a low budget or with an ensemble cast. This is the reason why you are not getting a solo "Wonder Woman" film (the way you would like to see it). Maybe the other studios ought to take a lesson from Disney, who is the only film house I know of that has been consistent with their female led roles (although not necessarily in a similar genre and are cartoons).

IMDB has Brody at 5"11.....I was thinking...aside from ages ..and for that matter ability or lack thereof...IF the Hammer and Gale rumors are true...and IF they are looking at a guy the size of Cudmore (or even close)...it would seem that Miller may be trying to give us as close...at least Visually ... to the comics as possible...and I don't mean just faces...I mean total packages...it would seem if we have giants in supes bats and ww (put her in heels of somesort) ...then visually the trinity is strikingly more powerful appearing....does this make sense...or am I just babbling...??

I don't understand why WB doesn't cast actors like this instead of the jokes that we're getting.

But sadly it would still be better than Megan Gale and Hammer-boy.

That's the best casting list I've ever seen for comicbook movies, some of them are so perfect I'm astonished to think about the movie we would get. It would be a happening like LOTR.
