JL Casting Call Update

Anyone who's seen "The Dreamers" (or DVD captures of Eva's nude scenes in the movie) knows that Eva Green has a FANTASTIC set of boobs, so those yearning for a busty WW might find what they're looking for. But I think Green has a similar fragile look with Jennifer Connelly and her look doesn't scream exotic Amazonian goddess. Plus... she looks short.

She would be a perfect Talia. She has that mysterious aura that Liam Neeson embodied in "Batman Begins" and her look is about right for that role.

Oh BY THE WAY!!!! Im just tired to read that Gale has "manface" COME ON!! she is stunning and beautyful and EXOTIC!! people can get that?? She is perfect as Wonder Woman. And I will loooove the idea that the ones who claims that Megan looks like a man, post their own pics in here! I could do that without any problem but that silly critics can do that? I think nope!

Gale looks too tanned in most of those pics. I can sort of see why people say she has a "man face" (in the first and penultimate pics) but I think she looks pretty. She wouldn't be the definitive WW, but if she's cast in the film as such I won't complain.

Is totally sexysm! why he didnt say nothing when JOSH DUHAMEL (who LOOOVEEE appear naked) got one of the main chars in Transformers movie?? and the naked pics of Gale are totally artist, and she always show her breast and ass in a artistic way, that guy show his own "transformer" and nobody seems to be worried... because when you typed his name in google he appears NAKED in the first page!

Totally agree with ya. The "man face" comments come from a small minority with very high post counts, so they appear much more disproportionate.

Gale is a stunning woman that could walk into any room and instantly stop all conversation. That's for certain.

Been out of the loop for a while...where did the news about "someone rumoured to have walked" come from?

Late November just before SHH ran their casting scoop. One of the posters at IESB said that somebody originally under contract opted out.

But there was that article recently saying that she was back in Australia for Christmas and then filming in February. I think it was posted with her catalog pics. And that was after the rumor that someone walked away. Which makes me assume it wasn't her (if the rumor was even true). I'll try to go back and find it.

Having Eva Green play background Maxwell Lord lackey #5 doesn't make sense with the actresses we've heard so far and having Palmer demoted from WW to Talia and now possibly to Iris...I dunno if I believe that.

Thats right!!! and back at that time, theres more issues about actress that made nude scenes or photo shoots!
The worst thing is that I send a mail to this guy, Sanchez, from IESB.net telling him what I though about he said and remember him how sexist his article was and the fact he didnt mention (or though) about josh duhamel! and he never reply or say anything! anyway! I guess there's even a possibility that Palmer is still Talia and Eva Green's meeting with Miller will be to audition for a part in Mad Max 4: Fury Road.

maybe Warner got scared of the (overall) casting leaks backlash and recast some (if not all) the roles with some more experienced people ?

Those movies never got off the ground because it was a bad idea, and simply a joke. If they really listen to their fans, Bale would be in this movie, Welling would be in this movie, etc.

Actually they do listen when comes to the over movie itself, but not so much when it comes to casting....

So was Catwoman but it got made. Jack Black even stated the reason GL wasn't made was due to the backlash from fanboys. Had the plot not been revealed, GL wouldve been made.

I could really see Green as Talia, she was perfect in Casino Royale, plus she looks like Talia. Not to mention I believe someone said it earlier but she is a bigger name than most of the rest of the rumored cast.

When casting a superhero base movie where do they usually cast the bigger name? (not the case with Iron Man or the new Hulk movie I know) Usually the bigger name is the villian of the movie.
Hackman, Spacey, Travolta, Nicholson, Dafoe, Neeson. There is more just can't think off the top of my head.

So if I was a betting man I would have to say that my money would be on Green getting the Talia role (that is if the rumors are true.)
