So what you're saying is that Batman runs away from fights, basically.![]()
I love how fanboys assume while Batman is "prepping" all the other heroes and villains he faces will be sitting around with their thumbs up their asses.Well you have to think first off - very rarely will Batman just wade into fighting with opponents he's not familiar with. And it would be very much like him (especially if he is with the JLA) to just kinda slide back into the shadows and watch/study. Even if time permits go to the watch tower or Cave and do a little reasearch. But we have gone over all this before.
A lot of people get this wrong. Wolverine is super strong, however the vast majority of this strength goes towards dealing with the fact that his bones are laced with "really f***ing heavy metal" (over one hundred pounds to be exact). His talents aren't so much 'super strength' as 'super durability'. You see most weight lifters have to deal with the fact that if you apply enough pressure you bones can break...something Wolverine doesn't have to worry about. Simply due to the punishment he can put his body through he can lift more than the average athlete. However, I have never seen him do a feat that Captain America (Steve Rogers) couldn't or hasn't duplicated.*shudder*

Speaking a lot of languages doesn't make you smart either. Most of what you said has to do with experience not intelligence.
Anyway I have a question what exactly happens to Wolverine's intellect when he goes feral and starts living in the woods and stuff like that?
Just because someone has been alive a long time doesn't mean they are smart.
Its not just language wolvie is overall an intelligent guy he is like bats in a way he has travelled the world and learnt a lot of things has worked with sheild, the canadian secret service and the shiar empire and has fought against the likes of the hulk and omega red one on one and survived to tell the tale. intelligence seems to be batmans one ability where he has wolvie beat in many of the guys on these boards eyes and i say the gap between them isnt as great as some might think they are very close actually with bats beating wolvie in some areas and wolvie in others.
And the ability to learn several languages, especially late in life (as Bats and Wolvie did) speaks volumes for one's intelligence. No one is taking away Batman's intelligence, but I would say that he and Wolverine are not as far apart as some may think.Intelligence is related to ones ability to learn, while experience contributes to wisdom. There are a lot of smart youngsters who have not the wisdom of older folks.
