They'd be fairly close in tactical intelligence if Wolverine's not being dumbed down like he usually is now. But in everything else, Batman's got him beat by leaps and bounds. It's not really Wolverine's fault, though. Batman knows pretty much everything, which is just absurd.

The ONLY department where he outclasses Wolverine is in overall intelligence and that isnt even by a huge margin.

Well if there was no prior knowledge of Wolverine then Batman and Wolverine would be doing martial arts for about an hour, since Batman isn't the type of guy to stab or mutilate an enemy. Then when the time comes he is going to realize he is a regenerators and would have to use his intellect to knock wolverine out, like World War Hulk

Dude if the joker can lay a punch on bats from time to time then what makes you think wolvie wouldn't connect just once on him? And that's all it would take.

Hey I'm not saying it's a common occurance or that he stands a chance but if he can lay one finger on bats, then wolvie should be able to gut him if they fight for an hour straight without prep time or prior knowledge of their opponent. Or do you think bats would win?

I was originally responding to capt. clown who said they'd kung fu fight for an hour then bats would figure the furball out and knock him out. I was using the joker as an exaggerated example to show how insane the notion of both of them fighting for an hour without wolverine being able to connect once. We've all seen bats take a punch or two from far @hittier fighters than wolverine in far shorter periods of time than one hour of continuous fighting so..... draw your own conclusion.

I drew my conclusion on that sort of thing long ago: there are two versions of Batman. One is the kind used in his own comic, where he's a man in a suit who can outthink most of his opponents but is vulnerable to getting punched in the face. The other is the kind used in JLA, where he's God.

not necessarily, wolverine could kick, head but, use his elbows use his palm use shins and other ways that counter like the back of the hand. I am pretty sure if Batman saw giant claws on the guy he would know to not get hit from his fists, everything else should be fine

Yes, Wolverine has low level superspeed. He can move and react somewhat faster than the fastest non super powered human. He is also more coordinated than a normal human.

While Cyclops doesn't have superspeed all he has to do is look at someone to hit them. If he sees them he automatically hits them assuming that his visor is open at the time.
