I just had dinner, immune to hunger before breakfast
We have all of that on the east coast as well. But from what I hear, the Italian food out west, especially pizza, and the Jewish Delis/bagel places are no where near as good. Now I can't say for certain because I've never left the east coast, but I've had quite a few friends move west and they all say the same thing. Plus, there's no taylor ham.![]()
Check out this music video I helped on.

I like this P.O.VSeriously, I am not being sarcastic, but reading posts like this daily from you makes life worth living. haha
there is some kind of poetry here that is unique. It's like Ivor cutler, a Scotish poet/muscian. except not as self concious about it.
No doubt. I mean it kind of depends what resturant you go to. The Italian owned restaurants in San Francisco serve some premium Italian food as do the delicatessen shops. What NY has over us is the number of genuinely Italian and Jewish owned restaurants thus making the food better. We have to many off shoots that kind of degrade the prestige if you will of our Italian and Jewish places.
SF and parts of the Bay Area you can find some great Italian (SF) and Jewish Deli's (Berkeley).
I'd definitely say that both the coastal sides of the US though have the best to offer when it comes to those two though.
As for Mexican,Thai, Chinese, Korean, and Indian we got you guys beat by a good margin for the same reasons you guys got us beat with Italian and Jewish/Bagel cuisine in the East Coast.
You seemed to usher in a wellspring of conversation due to your critique of Americans' selection of cuisine.
Fair enough.
Good stuff.![]()

i met this guy once, got his autograph after a gig, a few guys were crowding him calling him 'Ivor' and he didn't like that, i knew to call him 'Mr.Cutler', so he ignored those guys and spoke to me, saying 'Thanks son.'t:
anyway, this is the kind of guy whose work you should be studying Spider-Aziz, he will help you develop your sense of the surreal in the everyday.
I'll do one.
But don't you guys HATE when you get into an argument, and it ends...then few posts later, someone else brings it up, and then you respond, only to have someone else ask "So why do you keep bringing it up" **** that stupid shat! Gets on my nerves.
you are describing what daily life is like for me on this forum. It is kind of good practice if you plan on being some kind of debating person in public life or some such whatwere.
