• Team Rocket abduct the Pokemon

• Hero team leave their newfound friends

not really. terminator is a pretty standard slasher flick and t2 is a formulaic safe blockbuster.

I'm not a fan of Cameron, to be honest.

I feel the same way about him. I like his some of his movies, but I don't think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Never saw Beast Wars. I'll give you Batman, and maybe Pinky and the Brain. But DBZ was never my cup of tea so I stick with Pokemon above that.

Pokemon seasons 1-5 were boss after that it fell off hard. Once Takeshi Shudo left the show as head writer it became pretty dreadful.

The only reason I ever got into Pokemon was because my friends were into collecting the cards. As soon as they lost interest I did to. I also moved onto Digimon which was way better.

I don't even remember them showing new episodes past the Orange League for a long time. It wasn't until recently that I saw some of the newer episodes, and yeah it wasn't great. Though I blame the way they've added hundreds of new pokemon.

Story wise Digimon seasons 1 & 2 were great. They knew how to create great build up and have some really satisfying pay off to that as well.
