I don't recall it being mentionned anywhere...
As for David Bowie, even though I think he looks right for the Joker, the fact remains that he was born in '47, which means he's 58 years old!

That's way too much.

I have heard James Marsters name, up for the role. I think I'd be okay with that casting.

Oh, and Sean Bean for Harvey Dent.
I would love to see Angie Jolie as Selina Kyle, but it's not happening unfortunately.

Bowie is in good shape and could pass for a 40 year old, it is unknown how old the joker is from the comics so he could be older than bale in the sequels
