Thanks dude for the Roth manips. I'm looking forward to the Roth Laughing Pulp Fiction ones. :D

Hey no prob Flass,

Gimme an email or PM some time - i'll show you some more stuff i'm working on without getting pilloried by the anal squad on board

Looking forward to the Depp manip(btw, All of you other ones have been fantastic:) )

Wow, has anyone realized on how long this thread has been going? Truely a testiment to the character.

Here, this may help in your deciding of the actor. One of my favorite Joker stories, although this page does not do it justice

Thanks Nightwing 5 - Nice to be appreciated for a change

Gimme an Email or PM sometime

Yeah and long may it continue I say

So many more better qualified people to play this part.

Hulme should be a last resort because he hasnt beeen in much, and others are more proven to be able to do it like Glover, Roth, Law, Eckleston, ect...

So Hulme, na i'll pass, but it's just my opinion

Bruce Campbell or Mark Hamill. They'd do sequels and don't cost much money.
Two of the best requirements for an actor in a high class movie series like this one!

*shudders* :o

I didn't realize there were people who thought that Batman Begins is the next Lawrence of Arabia. Or who actually believe they're in any position to turn their noses on Bruce Campbell and Mark Hamill.

Yes! By all means, let's AIM LOW! Mediocrity will save us!

I guess that's why we have a whole cast of oscar winners and otherwise lauded great talents in this movie. To produce something that will not seem to have any class. To hire the cheapest actors and make a quick buck on a dissapointing product. God forbid a comicbook movie should ever aspire to be anything more than over-hyped filler material.

And yes, I'll gladly say no to Mark Hamill and Bruce Campbell in these Batman movies. Every respect for Hamill and Campbell, but the Batman series deserves better actors than they.

On Nightwing5's request heres the first depp as the Joker pics

I'll do better ones later when I can get a pick of the bugger smiling - still not bad for a blind man - lol

And Riven Bruce Campbell and Mark Hamill are VERY talented

Halle Berry got an Oscar for "monsters ball" then went and made CATWOMAN,
case in point that a wee golden award does not quantify an actor or a film - Script, direction are paramount ingredients to a good film

Many low budget films are much better than most A list hollywood fare

I saw this on another board: Vincent Cassel, he looks crazy as hell.

vincent_cassel_002.jpg

But can he act? I haven't seen him in anything.

Hoskins as Penguin? After seeing him in UNLEASHED, I'm all for it. If we ever see Cobblepot.

HOLY COW!!! If he can keep that kind of face throughout the shoot....I'd want him!!! hehe...

I've only seen him in Ocean's Twelve and he was okay in there.

Cassel's married to Monica Belluci (She's mine dammit - shakes fist - lol), and has starred in Brotherhood of the Wolf, Joan Of Arc and Blueberry among many films

He can act well but has a french accent

But that grin wow I feel inspired - lol

They are not that dumb! Did the people who saw Catwoman ask why Storm has shorter hair, had lost her powers and was now wearing a clown stripper outfit?

i dunno. we should ask him.

the title of this thread is a bit misleading, seing how Hulme is a no
Glover is YES

Well at first i was a bit doubtful about depp as joker, being a crispin glover voter and having a real like for tim roth as an actor (plus he, Oldman and bale are good friends)

But i'm starting to be a believer that depp, roth or glover could do it justice.

Riven I see we finally agree on something

Folks - If Hulme is so perfect for the role post pics please

Even publicity ones that i can do a manip from

"A realistic MAnip" Riven - OK?

Ok! ;)

Here's another Depp one for the Depp Joker Brigade
This one based on his Willy wonka character

I really am warming to depp - but it's unfortunately not going to happen

Hugo Weaving..since he is not in the poll my vote goes to Deep.

none of those names will do. my picks are Michael Keaton or Sean Bean

-- LARRY --
Superman, Batman, Robin, Spiderman, WWE wrestlers, a wizard, a hobbit, a ghost, man-eating vacuums, a nazi, and two rednecks who like to stretch the truth all together in the online film: The Eyeball Papercuts. see it here: http://www.ifilm.com/ifilmdetail/2665456

Yeah Ok - I'm Going to do a manip of joker Weaving soon

Michael Keaton is great and it would be brilliant if he could play the joker for a nice "full circle" in joke kinda thing

He's got that smile, those brows and that mania to be a topic comic and a stone cold psycho in equal proportion

I'll do a manip of Keaton also - need a good photo people - especially a smiling one

Please dont take offence Larry - but in no way, shape or form is Sean Bean good for the Joker
