Wierd TDK/Joker related dream I had the other night:

We were in the theatre watching TDK. It was at the scene

where Joker's in the interrogation room. Gordon was sitting across from him and Batman was standing behind Gordon with a scowl on his face, looking pretty pissed off. Gordon's just finished questioning Joker. As Joker starts to reply, his mouth opens and out comes...

Heath Ledger as Joker, I don't have a clue how he's gonna pull it off since his performance's in other films have not impressed me (gay cowboy, stud, hip knight in shining armour) plus he's got a very deep voice and he's well built, but Joker does not share either of these traits, well the Joker could have deep voice since the comics I can't recall saying anything about his voice.

The only thing which is gonna make this a great film is if there is a Joker/Batman battle at the end where Batman rips Jokers head off with his bare hands after hitting him in the balls with his grappling hook*, that would be epic.


And does anybody know if the Joker in the Dark Knight will look like this for the whole film...

When that Empire issue get in stores, many bookshop customers will turn their heads. ''Is that The Joker?'' Everybody knows and recognizes that character. And the non-fans will not ***** about his ''regular'' hands.

Oh, absolutely. The very fact that newspapers are reporting this picture alone should tell you how big a deal The Joker is. And do these pictures talk about permawhite, or cut-smiles? No. They do say that he's "terrifying", however.

For much of the general public, you can't say "Batman" without thinking "Joker". I know that when I left the cinema after "Begins" with all my friends (none of whom read comics) the topic they all wanted to talk about was The Joker. People are eager to see a new take on The Joker, and I feel his presence in "The Dark Knight" could be a big box-office draw.

Very interesting take that we see now, the Joker is legendary, but this renewal keeps most of his spirit (as we can see from pictures and hear from Ledger and Nolan), I'm hyped and I think I will not be disapointed!

I really like the dirty, messed up look of The Joker, but I'm hoping that if/when he turns up in later films, he'll become the well-dressed, suave-looking Joker I love t:

the more pics i see of the new joker the less i like it, at first i was well excited but it seems hes loking more and more ordinary

i dont like the fact that the scarring just looks like makeup and not scarring

they could of used effects makeup to make it look like a continuous smile

i remember the first picture i saw and it looked like the scaring made him have kinda two mouths but now it just looks crap

i wish he had yellow eyes and the trademark hat

they shoul of cut his hair shorter too

oh yeah and a big up to my old pal keyser who i used to be mates with on here about a year or so ago (I was BATADZ from england)
