Jordan Peele’’s 'Us'

Anytime I see white rabbits, I think of Alice in Wonderland. Considering the doppelgänger angle, maybe it applies...?

YouTube version of the trailer...

Doppleganger makes me think replica, but these are off which make me think there's something more to their appearance.

All these talk of white rabbits just makes me wish that we hear this tune at least at some moment.

This looks great and creepy. This is now my third most anticipated 2019 movie.

I cannot wait for the trailer for Midsommar to drop and scare people even more than this :P This was very frightening though, the evil version of the daughter especially

And The Lighthouse. Best not leave Robert Eggers out of the party.

Horror next year looks good, other than that Pet Sementary remake which mark my words will suck

I loved this trailer lots but at least 70% of that is because I love "I Got 5 On it" and creepy uniforms.

And weird shots of rabbits.

Didn't know this existed. Definitely added to my most anticipated movies of 2018.

As for Us, I'm digging the off-putting vibe of the trailer and Peele's unique use of "5 On It". And Lupita is killing it with her physical acting! Everything from the facial expressions she makes to the way she runs with her arms stiffened, are all intriguingly unsettling.

Wow what a nice surprise that was. Original use of a hiphop classic and generally a creep trailer in general. Im in

I think the good family are clones sent out to be a role model black family

The bad versions escape and try to kill them. The rabbits are because the facility has gone haywire

Well that.....took a weird turn. I thought it was headed toward some Strangers deal, and I guess it kind of is, but with quite the trippy twist.

That's too easy for Peele

Well now I'm not going to be able to hear 'I've got five on it' without thinking of creepy stuff.

Very good to know!

Hopefully I will remain unspoiled, only 3 months to go!

I'd recommend staying that way. I would also stay away from other to-be-released trailers and teasers. I'm a little surprised how much they showed given it's the first one released.

If it’s a movie with multiple twists and turns, sometimes it’s better to give one away in the trailers so the audience won’t suspect a second one.

Okay, from the trailer, this looks real good (I wouldn't have recycled Get Out's score and sound edit though)

Peele has said this isn't a film about race. Nobody believes him, but that's what he has said. He said the film is about how we are our own worst enemy.

I kinda hope not. Don't want him to be typecast as the director who does race based horror.

I am just so thrilled Lupita is finally in movies getting attention. Such a talented, beautiful actress and after she won the Oscar she was in films that flew under the radar completely
