that scene where the t-rex roars with the san diego skyline behind him is so iconic to me.
Always hought that this, along with the "Now you're John Hammond/" should have been the end of the movie. That way you avoid the campy trash of the rest of the final act, and set up a third film of pure dinosaur mainland madness. The comedy bits in the Rex in the City scene might actually even work spread out across an entire film, but taking up the entire end of the film one right after another ruined any impact the scenes might have had, as well as ruining an otherwise semi decent film.
Also, consider me the world's greatest champiion of a Cadillacs & DInosaurs Xenozoic Tales film. I really don't know why it hasn't happened(or didn't, especially with the big marketing push in the 90s). The thing is a license to print money, and has always been my #1 dream film
