The only people that can be cast are Utonium, Sara Bellum, Mayor, and the rest of the population along with some human crooks. Everyone else would have to be CG or animatronic/makeup. The three girls definitely CG, but Fuzzy could possibly be done Hellboy style.

That's actually a pretty good choice. Man, HIM was a diturbing freaking villain for a kids' cartoon show.

I think the only realistic way to go about a Powerpuff Girl movie would be feature them 'aged up' to something older (e.g. teens) with the plot something along the lines of them arguing and splitting up or getting tired of playing superhero.

But if a Powerpuff Girl did go ahead, I'd much rather it featuring more of Tartakovsky/Cartoon Network's flagship characters, such as Dexter and Samurai Jack. Something like this.
