lol Not a single Liverpool accent on the show so far.
If I've missed a character that sounds like Ringo star please let me know. haha

But I guess all brits sound the same to you ;)

Dude......:whatever:l

Funny there's no complaints when the last survivors of every apocalyptic movies are American.

I've been a fan of the CW show The 100. They make a clear point that the last survivors of humanity all live together on a space station. Different countries from around the globe ALL speaking American? Funny thing is the actors themselves are all international. Australian, UK, Canadian etc.

There’s no such language as American. They spoke “English”. English is indeed the second language around the world. So that’s not strange. And I am referring not to the language but the ACCENTS! Lol

Can you give me a good reason as to why an Alien world would be inhabited by Americans? :woot:

It's clearly a creative choice to create the illusion of a different world and life style. I don't understand the saltiness. Clark will always be a good ole boy from Kansas. Krypton show doesn't destroy your child hood hero.

British accents make Krypton seem like a “different” world? Isn’t that an earthly thing? And stop being so sensitive. A guy can’t ask a question without being salty? If they all spoke with French accents, would that not seem odd too?

Calm down

I honestly don't see it as odd, and fail to see the correlation of Superman is the creation of 2 American kids with why Kryptonians should or shouldn't have British accents. In fact a lot of Superman shows, especially live action, that handled Krypton since Superman the movie (Callum Blue, Terrence Stamp, Russell Crowe, Julian Sand, etc) at this point, it's almost par for course. Superman is raised in Kansas, so that's a huge reason why he probably doesn't speak with a british accent himself, but honestly it doesn't matter since it is fiction.

Honestly I would be more interested to have see them show them speak Kryptonese in some form and translate it to English somehow, than the actual accents they are using.

So you're cool with the English language, but you have an issue with the choice of a British accent? Ok

You know what else is an Earthly thing? The English language, but you haven't got a problem with people speaking English, you just think the planet Krypton should be inhabited by people with Midwest, New York and LA accents? lol yea makes sense. :woot::huh:

And realax buddy, I'm just having fun. It's just my British sense of humor. ;)

Kryptonese would be good.
