Just finished Sniper Elite V2.

I really enjoyed this game. It could have benefited from a little more background to the main character (often times it seems like he's just some vigilante off doing his own thing) and perhaps some more emphasis on the stealth game play. They seemed to have some sort of pseudo Hitman thing going on where you can move dead bodies, but it's really not worth doing. There was one stealth melee option where you break the enemies neck, personally I'd have preferred if the player got to use a knife but that's not a big deal.

Ultimately the level design and game play are really good, though the level aesthetic is all pretty much the same (ruined European city). Sniping is obviously the highlight with the X-ray feature being particularly brutal and trick shots being a ton of fun. I like that the game is pretty unforgiving, you die quickly from 2-3 shots and the enemy won't stop looking for you once they've been alerted to your presence. The ability to set trip wires, mines, etc, is great and incredibly handy when you're about to come under siege.

Messing around on Hitman Absolution.

I'm currently playing Far Cry 3. It's really good.

The open world is awesome, it's not as good as Skyrim's. But there's alot to keep me occupied & the story is good. The gameplay is really solid too.

There's been some awesome moments just watching the AI. For instance, I was climbing a radio tower to activate it. I see some komodo dragons chasing some goats & was pretty impressed by it, as that's something that would happen in real life. I make my way up the tower some more & then heard some explosions...some pirates were chasing the komodo dragons around with molotov cocktails. The big lizards took the pirates out, one pirate killed himself with his own molotov. Haha.

Only problem with the game so far is that I can't find f***ing multiplayer matches. I entered my damn Uplay pass, I should be able to utilize that feature of the game.

Infamous 2

Thing is, I stopped playing it for quite some time. :o Only just now picked it back up again. Visually still looks pretty sweet and I'm nearing the arrival of The Beast. My Cole is a "Hero" and I'm enjoying the balance between the electricity and ice powers from Kuo. I plan on playing it again and giving the evil side a shot.

How is Binary Domain? I mean, I know you said fantastic, I'm just wondering why you say that. It looked pretty cool and then it came out and no one seemed to say boo about it. Is it one of those under appreciated gems?
