Transformers Latest Cullen Interview

It looks like one of the mods deleted the original Peter Cullen tread I guess I'll start this one up.

It does slightly improve the prospect of Cullen doing the voice for Ironhide, although I remain sceptical. I love the fact how he is so greatful to all the fans, he loves us and we love him :heart:

I like the way he did the audition doing both characters and then got hired largely on the basis of that! How many times can that have happened?! It`s like Mel Gibson reading Dany Glover`s lines in Lethal Weapon and doing so good a job they hire him base don that.

I'm glad Cullen is going to be Optimus Prime in the live action Transformers movie . It just wouldn't have been the same had they casted a big time super star as Optimus Prime .

IMHO, i think that was the best decision that they made. Who else would know the characters better than the original voice actors, and the majority of the people who are going to see the movie are people who watched the show. So hearing Cullen do the voice of Prime should be rather welcoming to people who enjoyed the original show

Besides the whole Garofalo bit always throws people off. It seems to have worked this time as well as your best comeback was "whatever". Ohhh very witty. lol.
