You know, I've started to notice just a few things from all the Drunk People videos I've been watching from all around the world. It seems like people from different countries tend to be more tolerable, even entertaining when drunk than Americans seem to. It seems to me when an American gets drunk they tend to exhibit a lowering of the I.Q. and do stupid things. Doesn't mean I can't get a few laughs out of drunken stupidity though just so long as I'm not trying to be hugged by a girl or guy I don't even know, like a former neighbor of mine did to me one time while I was working.
