heh I know one guy who hates it because "it looks too dirty, like Firefly" lol I guess he was raised to like Trek hardly any dirt

Well... That's actually part of why and how it's reaction among fans rubs me wrong. It's like... The reaction was as though something totally new had been created and I've seen enough BLAKE'S 7, FARSCAPE, FLASH GORDON, FIREFLY/SERENITY and STAR WARS to know that it's biting off quite a bit from previous franchises.

My two cents.

I dunno. Aziz wrote that in the margins of my dossier.

CC could be one of my henchmen in Ruth's script... Captain Negative... she has a gravity gun... pink... that whistles dixie when you shoot it

Why does it cost so much and how is it different?
The original Theatrical literally had MUPPETS for MANY of the aliens. ANYTHING new with Bluray and dvd were altered with CGI by Lucas films.
Basically the newer copies are George's Director's cut. You can't really get the 1977 version unless it's used. There are no blurays of it as far as I know

Man I've gotta stop staying up until 5,6,7 in the morning
I think I'm gonna have to start taking melatonin.
I pulled a 10.5 hour shift today, taking only one 20 minute Break and I'm still pretty much wide awake.

Where does Rebels fall in the Star Wars timeline? Before rogue one?
