We're still in negotiations. But I'd like to return to X-Men and perhaps Avengers. The Mod Team is like...literally 3 times the size it was when I was a moderator before, so all of the awesome boards are kinda sewn up right now.

I'm a Global Moderator. It's a combination of what you've mentioned above. That access enables me to moderate specific boards. However I can also perform thread maintenance or ban anyone in any place on the site. Hope this answers your questions.
