Sagging jeans in jail mean you're a bottom but once out of jail it means you're a top so there's a difference.

Did you just make that up, or are you serious? Because I will say I rarely ever see effeminate gay guys sagging on the streets. If anything, often their pants are riding up too high and too tight.

I've never been into that sort of thing but I've noticed higher waist are in fashion and the underwear-showing, sagging jeans have been around for at least a decade but I've heard of people still doing it in my rural area, lol.

Plus about a year ago I heard of some city mayor trying to ban them and force everyone to wear their jeans to their waists.
