Here's a clue, all movie studios only care about money, what you think there going spend 100 million dollars, risk jobs, their company, etc... Just so they can see another John McClane movie? However, it's a bad buesiness move unless the movie is good.

Well, it isn't hard. Die Hard simply is NOT a PG13 movie. NO Die Hard has been a PG13 movie. Its so obvious an attempt to get as many people in the audience while not giving a crap about injecting the movie with the 'R' content that us fans demand.

Good god, are you serious? THE MPAA DID NOT MAKE OR EDIT THE MOVIE!

Times have changed since ths 80's/90's. Just because the movie's PG13 doesn't mean it won't be an hard ass movie.

And I might be alone on this, but I wasn't a big Underworld fan- but, what I'm seeing with his style with Die Hard. I think he could possibly make a pretty cool Weapon X film (is it going to be more of an 'origin' or continuation?)

It's going to majorly front loaded and I don't see FF2 putting that much of a dent into it. Because it's primarily going for different demographics.

FF2- family, kids and teens.

DH4- teens, adults

If say some big action movie with the same target demographics came out around DH4 (TF, for example) that would be competition.

But, DH4 coming out before TF it still has a chance to make a **** load of money opening weekend continuing into the forth of July.
