Well, at first, she did says she is Laura's mother, but then later Xavier says she is not Laura's mother or something like that?? It's confusing...I can't remember


And what is with Laura's obsession with horses? Movie never bothers to explain.

And those kids. Did they reach Eden in the end? Is Eden a real place? Movie never bothers to explain.

I saw it last night but as it wasn't something I was looking for I didn't really notice, buuuuut....

....we're they not on horseback making their way to Eden in the X-Men comic?

So if you like "Deadpool" or you have no problem with Hugh Jackman saying profanity every ten seconds, then maybe this is the movie for you.

But it isn't my cup of tea.


So they killed off Professor X midway into the movie. Are they going to bring him back to life again like what they did to him in X3?

And I didn't know that Xavier has a new power...causing sonic waves....

The movie doesn't even bother to explain what happened to the rest of the X-men. Where is Cyclops?? Jean?? Storm? Rogue?? etc.... They are all dead??

So Logan and Xavier are the last two surviving mutants on earth??

not the last two. But mutants are few around the world.

And we can suppose x-men are all dead. Cyclops Storm Jean Hank Bobby Colossus Rogue Kitty and Kurt. As same as Cannonball and new mutants ... lol

And we dont know if Logan has fought Sabretooth, Deathstrike, Omega Red .... in this new timeline. I wanted a Wolverine movie setting in present, with costumes and famous foes. But Mangold isnt interested by a classic superhero movie.

have you seen the movie? where does everyone get this 'all x men are dead' nonsense. there is a damn line in the film and its like everyone is ignoring it. not. all. x-men. are. dead.

There was no line of them being dead. It's just weird that Logan and Caliban are the last ones to accompany him especially in that state.

Well Logan obviously got custody of Xavier in the team divorce.

We know Xavier killed at least some mutants. And given that none of the X-Men team are seen or even mentioned it's reasonable to assume they were the ones that died.

Anyone else think that X-24 sespite being played by Hugh bore a resemblance to Sabretooth? Makes you wonder if when Hugh was asking Liev on twitter if he wanted to come back if he was joking or if he originally envisioned Liev playing that role.

I thought the exact same thing tbh. I would've preferred Liev in the role too.

X-24 being Logan's clone makes total sense to me. It fits perfectly some of the themes of the movie, which are clear in the Shane monologue Laura repeats at the end of the film: a man can't escape from his past and, more important, from himself. I do think I sound a bit pretentitous here, but I really believe this is what Logan is going for. t: If you think about it, Wolverine was always his own worst enemy. No matter how cool it would be to see Sabretooth again, he wouldn't make much sense in this context, so I'm happy with what they went.

Laura had never seen the outside world let a alone a horse before was just a natural reaction for a young girl.

Eden was made up in a comic book it wasn't real

what obsession with horses? she was just curious, she spent her entire life in a hospital. and it was stated by that woman in the video that laura wasnt her kid.

seriously, its not the movies fault that you dont pay attention and focus on stuff that, franky, doesnt really matter.

There are loads of reason why Laura had an 'obsession' with the horses:-

1. She's Feral, as you can tell by the way she attacks people
2. As she has Logan DNA, she has some kind of connection to Animals. Like Wolverine does.
3. The most obvious reason is she's interested in them because she's never seen them, just like she was interested in the toy horse at the supermarket.

Out of the entire movie, you're wondering why a child raised in captivity is interested in horses...

I thought Xavier can only control humans's minds.

But in this movie, he can control the minds of animals (horses)

There was a scene of a car crash at the road, and then the horses break out of their captivity. But then, Xavier can control them and bring them to safety.
