When it comes to researching conspiracy theories and writing books, yes, very amateurish.

But, like I said, SOMEHOW, his predictions almost always come true. He seems to have a LOT of reliable contacts in the Illuminati/Anunnaki Power Structure, people who want for the truth to come out and who are fighting the "system", the "empire" from within.
His predictions tend to come true, but he makes a lot of them. Furthermore he uses the same techniques by virtually all predictiarians to increase his odds of being "right". Words also seem more true after the fact.

For example.

'The Bush inauguration marks the start of the massive push by the Illuminati to further their agenda for a global fascist state. You will see this clearly unfolding in the next 24 months and, as usual, watch what they do, not what they say. Given that line-up and their mentality and agenda, don’t be at all surprised if the United States finds itself in another manipulated war during this administration. You will see “monsters” being created in the public mind to justify such action.'

The first statement simply panders to the people to which he is speaking. It is opinion, and one that would be hard to prove.
You will see this clearly unfolding in the next 24 months and, as usual, watch what they do, not what they say.
Huge problem right here. First of all he says "you will see clearly". In making a statement this is a manipulation of the reader. Clearly implies said prediction will be apparent, making it so the reader or listener will either have to see the prediction or be faced with the idea of missing the obvious. In fact in this sentence alone he has already made his prediction "legitment" to anyone reading it. He has, in effect, caused the person to retroactively fit the prediction into their current setting.

Furthermore he says "watch what they do, not what they say". This prevents any other information from conflicted with what Icke says. Anyone reading this is now instructed to shut out any information that is not Icke's.

Of course this fully discredits outside criticism of the prediction as well. Also 24 months is a generous timeframe.
Given that line-up and their mentality and agenda, don’t be at all surprised if the United States finds itself in another manipulated war during this administration.
Couple problems here as well. Firstly he does not explain what he means by "line-up and mentality". This is very important, since a political analyst say would give an explanation of lets say a political term in office by examining the mentality and line up. Now the audience again is being prepped to retroactively fit a "line up and mentality" into future events which have yet to occur.

Secondly "manipulated war" is vague. All administrations since the dawn of America have had a "war". Whether it is a "War on Drugs" or a "War on Germany". However the word "war" is not clearly defined. And he even says "don't be surprised" as to cover his a$$ in the case that no "war" is waged.

Lets see if David Icke's prediction fails the test for retroactivity.

Civil War.
1)Could the word "Global Facist state be applied" - Yes, Marshal Law was imposed.
2)Could someone see it "clearly unfolding in the next 24 months" - yes.
3)Could someone see how the "line-up" led to a manipulated war - yes.

War on Drugs
1) Yes - During the war on drugs several of the nations poor felt their Civil Rights were in violation
2) Yes
3) Yes

Cold War
1) Yes, several people felt as though the FBI and CIA was far too intrusive attempting to weed out the communist element
2) Yes
3) Yes

Nazi Germany
1) Yes, of course.
2) Yes
3) Yes

The current feud going on between John Sugrue and a few other workers and the new floor manager.
1) Yes, a lot of people feel the leadership at my office is allowing the floor manager to act with abandon.
2) Yes, he has only been there 9 months.
3) Yes, some people feel Thompson is very bold and brash with people.

LOL!!!

I think it's funny and :( that TSOG said that Icke is following his lead, because A LOT of TSOG's pictures he post come from Icke's website.

In truth, TSOG goes to Ickes website (and probably has the member only feature where you pay) and gets all the latest "news".

LOL!!!

Even the picture he posted in this thread came from Icke's site.

I'm not published simply because I've never written a book, nor do I ever intend to write one. Research and the "search for truth" is my sole interest. I want to find the answers to the big questions, for myself.

AND MY POINT HERE, is that his latest prediction is practically identical to the one I've been making for months here at the Hype (and for over ten years in all).

I just can't find the will to care anymore.

You know, TSOG, it's fine and dandy that you believe lizard people control the world and all that. It's bad though when you try and present yourself as a free thinking "paranormal investigator" on the issue though. At best, you're an Icke follower, and if his site were to shut down you would be without the latest lizard info.

I remember his first thread on Reptilians. We all thought he was joking and just kind of joked around, then around page 10 he said he actually believes in them... oh, sorry, he sees their existence as being "highly probably".

Then we all kinda went silent and shuffled away:(

So what's everyone's plans for the last week before Jerusalem is destroyed?

I'm throwing a party and everyone's invited

Well, I'm hoping for a slight delay as I'm going on vacation on the 4th and my birthday is the 8th. I return on the 12th... so if he's off by about 10 days, that would be perfect (then maybe I won't have to go back to work.
