What he's wearing here could be a good indication of that. He's of course touting NO forehead tat and NO grills in his teeth.

I think we're going to get a flash back of the classic joker and Harley and I think it's going make me tear up with joy

There is 100% NO tattoo on that head. Now whether that's because he hasnt recieved it yet or he's just covering it with grease paint is up for debate.

The teeth I can't say are 100% there or not there, but It doesn't look like they are.

He does seem free of the facial tattoos there, I don't see the J under his eye. He could be covering them up because he definitely added some lipstick there. I don't know what the hell is going on.
