So I'm new to tumblr, and I'm posting gifs, and some of them "freeze" but others don't. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this... I try to keep my gifs at about 30-40 frames each. Too much? Bad connection? What's up?

I think Kane52630 might have a thought or two.

I think I'm getting the hang of it now. File sizes must've been too big I guess, don't know what the size cap is though.

To put it simply, if you're making gifs... size matters.

If you're making gifs 500x500 or above (which I think the max is 500x700), the limit is under a megabyte.

If you're making gifs 400x400 or lower, the limit is 2 MB.

Also sometimes the gif doesn't even work, if it gives you an error message then you need to rework on the gif by changing the color effects.

Yeah, it was either this or a Braves game this weekend. It would have been nice to go to a Braves game because they're actually good, but it's always fun to go to a baseball game.

Seriously though, try a new movie you've not watched, like Jaws, 1941, or something. Do you like Star Trek? If so, try the movies or tv shows.

At least give them a try. You never know, you might actually end up liking them. Have you watched Flash Gordon? It's quite the cult classic & cool music by Queen. Also Timothy Dalton stars in it. (not as Gordon , though)
