I'd prefer Deathstroke to be a villain in another characters film. He's a great hired gun, but I'm not interested in him as a lead.

Make him like the Terminator, an unrelenting foe targeting the protagonist.

I believe the ones I've heard are Catwoman, Riddler, Penguin, Two-Face, The Mad Hatter, and Firefly.
