Who is this guy??

And even if it's not the final make up, I'm loving what I'm seeing.

He works in the scheduling and filming side of things so he has most of the production locations, start dates and casting calls etc...

Joaquin’s incredible AF!

Man I hope they convince him to do another one-off with Matt Reeves later on

posting on a message board is a sure sign of not caring.

You should care more about actually reading what you're quoting if you're gonna try to call someone out like that.

I care about these characters and I enjoy these movies, that's why I'm here; I'm talking about the things I enjoy with other people who enjoy them.

I don't care about a "competition" between 2 corporations that I get no money from and I certainly don't spend my time in internet forums dedicated to movies I claim to hate telling everyone how much everything sucks.

I mean, who does that...?

Ah, cool.

Yeah, I figured that wouldn't be the final look, especially with this being a camera test (then again, these movies have so many moving parts, and so many people working on them, that I never believe people posting online about them know half of what they think they know); what I said is, personally I would love it if this was his final look for the movie (notice he's also wearing a purple suit).

I mean, it's really cool that Marvel is hiring all of these up and coming directors, each with their particular voices...

It'd be cooler if those voices wouldn't be filtered through the "MCU formula" everytime tho; funnily enough I think the one who got the closest to do his "own thing" was Waititi with Ragnarok, although Coogler was kiiiiiinda there too.

Hopefully the MCU will be willing to get riskier in the future, they could certainly afford it now (if they wanted to).
MCU guys introduced the world to the almost unknown of their properties, it will be a shame if people liked the characters I knew from the DCAU cartoons less than they might like, or even love, something like the Eternals.

You can say that Shane Black did his usual thing with Iron Man 3, so I expect to see the vision of this lady carried on, she knows what she signed up for, and what she has to sacrifice.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't mean "MCU formula" in a negative way; the homogenization of their movies in the cinematography, tone, etc, is what allows the consistency between their franchises and makes it feel like one big franchise, which is one of their main appeals; what I'm saying is that personally I enjoy feeling a more peculiar, personal artistic voice (usually, of course, the director's) when watching these movies.

And yeah, you could say that Shane Black did that in Iron Man 3, probably the reason why I like that movie so much, because I think of it as a "Shane Black movie" first and I'm a fan of his.

I...I wasn't ready for this...not before my coffee...

...you're welcome.

Yeesh, this is two years old, and only now I see it.

It only got funny once the Nostalgia Critic chimed in to torture epic voice guy.

Now watching Maniac.

Ya I'm sure the final look will probably make Joaquin way more scary than that video, which is already super creepy with the simple make ups lol

lol Jett implying the Joker film might not be called the Joker and it might not have Joker elements in July.

Now we get Joaquin with the make up.

Even Jett's followers are like "I'm so surprised he put on the make ups"

Why is it that forming fan theories can be so embarrassing? Regardless of it coming from a podcast host or otherwise.

Anyone can see that Circus and Clowns are going to have a major influence on the story of Arthur Flack (Joaquin Phoenix), so it shouldn't be a surprise that he will put on make-up, but this is Jett.

I am gonna start today, hope it's good unlike Thoroux's last project
It's interesting so far. If you like Legion, you should like this. What was Thoreau's last project? Last thing I saw him in was The Leftovers, and that was brilliant (the first two seasons anyway).

Mute, it's absolute trashfire. Also on Netflix lol

Justin Theroux was awesome in Lego Ninjago as Lord Garmadon & he was easily the best part of that movie.

I watched the movie 'Good Time' and I feel like I have wasted 2 hours of my life. During the movie I kept thinking that s**t will get interesting but it never f**king did.

Mute was enjoyable for Paul Rudd, but that was about it.

Still not as bad as that Netflix Jared Leto yakuza movie. Did he think this would be his ''Drive''?! :lmao:

I'm watching Passenger 57 right nao & it's so much fun. I'm loving it. Shout-out to @kguillou for the recommendation.

I still haven't watched that but I gotta :lmao: First though I need to see Passengers starring the horrible couple of Pratt and Lawrence, I promised people, they wanna see me rip it to shreds :funny:
